The KENSTON GROUP underpins its scientifically based implementations through its sponsoring membership of the Bundesverband der Rechtsberater für betriebliche Altersversorgung und Zeitwertkonten e.V. (BRBZ). The BRBZ is the leading professional association in matters of company pension schemes (bAV) and time value accounts, which is committed to creating and guaranteeing comprehensive consulting standards and security in the broad fields of bAV and time value accounts. This also includes the explicit emphasis on all consulting activities requiring authorization in the fields of activity affecting the occupational pension scheme, e.g. labor and insolvency law, as well as company pension and social security law. The association is based in Cologne.
Mr. Sebastian Uckermann (Chairman) and Prof. Dr. Achim Schunder are the authorized representatives of the Federal Association.
In addition, the board of directors of the BRBZ is supported by a so-called board of trustees. The board of trustees is an independent expert and scientific committee of the BRBZ, consisting of up to 15 persons, which advises the board of directors on a voluntary basis and promotes the interests of the association.
